Cancellation Policy:
Clients may cancel their scheduled appointment by providing at least twenty-four (24) hours’ prior notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Rescheduling:
Clients may reschedule an appointment without penalty if the request is made at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance. Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may incur additional charges.

Liability and Warranty Limitation of Liability:
ANA-Enterprises shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of its services. In all cases, the total liability of ANA-Enterprises shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the services rendered.

Warranty:
ANA-Enterprises provides a limited warranty on workmanship for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of service completion. This warranty covers defects in workmanship only and does not apply to materials, normal wear and tear, or damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or neglect.

Client Responsibilities Access:
Clients are responsible for providing safe, reasonable, and timely access to the property where services are to be performed. Any delays or additional costs resulting from failure to provide access may be charged to the client.

Permits and Approvals:
Clients are solely responsible for obtaining any required permits, approvals, or authorizations necessary for the work to be performed.

Confidentiality:
ANA-Enterprises respects client privacy and agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all client-provided information, except where disclosure is required by law.

Changes to Terms and Conditions:
ANA-Enterprises reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be made available to clients, and continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law:
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
